Israeli Postdoctoral Scholars

The Zuckerman Israeli Postdoctoral Scholars Program provides additional support to Israeli PhD graduates who have been accepted to a postdoctoral program with a stipend at an American university.

Zuckerman Israeli Postdoctoral Scholars are chosen through a rigorous selection process, based on their academic and research records and letters of recommendation, without regard to race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or age.

The selection committee assesses candidates’ potential to make cutting-edge contributions in STEM fields, based on their academic and research achievements, as well as on personal merit and leadership qualities. Two Israeli postdoctoral scholarships are given out per participating university in each academic year.

Please note: The Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program is no longer accepting applications for 2017-2018.
Guidelines and applications for 2018-2019 will be posted on this site on August 1, 2017.
