The Astrophysics and Cosmology team in Ben-Gurion University (BGU) invites applications for two postdoctoral fellowships.
Research fields include high-energy astrophysics, plasma astrophysics, cosmology, and large scale structure. The work, with Professors Yuri Lyubarsky and Uri Keshet, will include analytic, computational, or phenomenological aspects, depending on the applicant: relevant experience is necessary.
Each fellowship is for a period of 2+1 years, to begin in 2020. Applicants should send their CV, list of publications, and description of previous research (up to 3 pages), and arrange for at least two letters of reference to be sent directly, to firstname.lastname@example.org
BGU is a public research, 20,000 student University situated in Be’er Sheva, Israel: a city of population 200,000, about an hour from Tel Aviv and from Ben-Gurion international airport. Present faculty in Astrophysics and Cosmology include David Eichler, Michael Gedalin, Uri Keshet, Ely Kovetz, Yuri Lyubarsky, and Adi Zitrin, and senior staff scientists Ephim Golbraikh and Evegeny Griv.
